Transport – Receiving Dogs

There are two roles or functions when receiving dogs:
  • One is to meet the dogs at the airport, facilitate the transfer, collect the crates, answer questions, and provide any information to the adopters that is coming with the dog. Learn more under Facilitate Transfer below for more information.
  • The second involves transporting the dog after it arrives to another location. Examples would be driving the dog from Seattle to the US side of the Canadian border, from its arrival to an overnight pet sitter, or to another airport.
