We walk the Malecon to help leash train our dogs and get them ready for adoption. Need your puppy fix? Or want to meet some of the great people who are rescuing and fostering these dogs? Come out and be a part of changing the culture of animal care in La Paz. You won’t regret it!

Park at Antiguo Mercardo des Pescadores which across the street from El Moro. We walk the dogs north toward Los Cocos and back again. We do not all walk together – sometimes we split up so the dogs do not see their foster mom and learn to walk with other humans.

Sometimes, it is helpful to just sit on the bench along the Malecon with the dog to get them use to the noises, seeing all the people, skateboards, bicycles, and other dogs. This is all about helping the dogs get socialized and ready for adoption!
