Bella has always had a job.
She was a companion, a little household guardian, a walking partner and, most importantly, a professional recipient of affection.
For years, Bella belonged to a grandmother who made sure she knew exactly what it meant to be loved. Bella had company. She had cuddles. She had someone to follow around and a home where she belonged.
Then her person passed away.
And now Bella finds herself in the unusual position of needing to hire someone new for a job she thought had already been filled for life.
Fortunately, the requirements are quite simple.
Bella would like someone to accompany. Someone who enjoys walks. Someone with a hand available for regular petting and, ideally, a patio where she can supervise important household matters.
In return, Bella comes with considerable experience. She walks nicely on a leash, knows “sit” and “come,” enjoys exploring safely in open spaces, and has spent her life being both companion and alert little guardian of her home.
She has medium energy and enjoys getting out and about, but Bella’s greatest need isn’t exercise.
It’s company.
She has spent her life close to people and would not be happy frequently left alone or lost among a large pack of dogs. Bella is accustomed to something quieter and more personal: a stable home, affection, and a human of her own.
Bella has already learned what it means to be cherished.
Now she just needs someone willing to continue the tradition.
