That beautiful, big-eyed specter you see floating in the corner of the room is Smokey—a blue-gray spirit who, when shifting from ectoplasm to solid form, transforms into a handsome medium-sized dog with an unclassifiable coat. We found him on a full-moon night, hovering around some children playing with a Ouija board. Smokey is a happy ghost with medium energy and a sweet, submissive temperament; he isn’t exactly succeeding at his job of scaring people, and he would much rather stay on this plane with humans so he can eat (he loves to eat!), sleep, play, and follow you everywhere—just like the pure, light, and ethereal shadow he is.
