Meet Indie!!
Indie is a charming mix of independence, playfulness, and calm. She enjoys life's simple pleasures - playing with her siblings, chewing on sticks, and keeping herself entertained with her favorite toys. While she has an independent streak, she loves spending time with her people and will happily follow you around the house to be near you.
Her ideal home is one where she has company - both human and canine - throughout the day. She would thrive with another small dog to play with and plenty of toys to keep her active and happy. Indie isn't suited to a home where she'd be left alone for long hours, as she truly loves being part of the action.
Indie's story began when she and her siblings were found in the care of an older female dog, though she wasn't their mother. There were no people around - just dogs in need of help. Now in foster care, Indie has blossomed into a sweet and well-adjusted young dog. She's even developed the adorable habit of putting herself to bed in her kennel at night when she's ready to sleep.
