Hi, my name is Shakira!
I am happy, sweet, and gentle. I love sleeping in the sun, going on walks, and playing. I would do best in a calm home with a yard and children, where I can feel safe and loved.
I am not suited for apartments, homes without a yard, or inactive owners.
I was rescued as a young puppy from a trailer park where life was risky and scary. At first I was shy and cautious, but with time and love in my foster home, I have learned to trust and enjoy attention. I am now ready to find my forever family and be the loving companion I was always meant to be.
