This position involves recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers, as well as promoting our mission and values to the public.

What You’ll Do:

We need a  Volunteer Coordinator to be responsible for recruiting new volunteers, reviewing applications, and matching individuals to roles that suit their skills and interests. You’ll conduct Volunteer Orientations in English or Spanish, or work with a translator if needed.  Additionally, you’ll communicate with volunteers regularly, keeping them informed and motivated, and uphold the values of Amigos de 4 Patas.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone that likes working with people and has some experience in volunteering and recruitment. While bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus, a willingness to work with translators and translation tools is equally valuable. Cultural sensitivity is crucial, as our volunteers span three countries with different cultural norms.
