Resources and Information
Hope 4 La Pawz/Amigos de 4 Patas. operates an adoption support system for those who rescue dogs from the streets of La Paz, Baja California Sur, and foster them in their homes until we are able to help get them adopted. We do not operate a shelter or refuge, so we are unable to take in rescued dogs. If you want to rescue a dog, foster it, and are committed to helping it become adoptable, we help with food, wellness care, and promoting the dog on our web site for adoption. Learn more about our rescue guidelines here.
Want to adopt a La Pawz dog? Great! Start by browsing our adoption page, click on any of the dogs featured there for more details, and fill out an application for the dog you think is your best match. Can’t find the perfect match? Fill out an adoption application anyway, and we’ll help you find the dog that is right for you. Want to know more about what it’s like to adopt a Baja dog? Read our adoption guidelines here.
